Meet Our Founder: Esther Pierre
Esther Pierre is the founder of Jardin Essentiel. She holds a degree in social work techniques. She is passionate about seeing each person take flight, social justice, and faith in Christ. After a very long period of her life of questioning, illness, and stagnation, she decided to let go and let God take control and undergo a profound healing process with the help of the Holy Spirit. This transformation did not happen overnight. She subsequently decided to break the silence by sharing her experiences, her testimony, and her reflections through a new blog that she decided to name: Jardin Essentiel in 2016.
Esther had no idea of the greater vision God had for her life, even though she always had a desire to impact and encourage people.
She wants to see everyone reconnect with the Essential in order to experience life and life in abundance.

Vanessa Kanyoka
Vanessa Kanyoka, a published Christian author, believes in the glory of God through her own experiences with Him. Vanessa Kanyoka is a Canadian Certified Counselor (CCC) and Registered Psychotherapist (Intern) from Ontario; she holds a Master's degree in Counseling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University as well as a certification in Biblical Entrepreneurship. This woman of God is the proud recipient of the 2021 Medal of Excellence from the Ottawa School of Counseling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality. After years of clinical work and province-wide workshops on mental health, Vanessa's approach to wellness is centered on the holistic approach, including the importance of nutrition. Vanessa is a certified Health Coach, having earned her Coaching Certification and Certificate in Emotional Eating Psychology from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA.
By the grace of God, she is the mother of a beautiful seven-year-old daughter and the wife of a great man of God. Vanessa believes that no matter how far you have strayed from the Truth, God is near and ready to welcome you—for your destiny.
